  • If you connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, that vendor may bill you directly. Bringing your own key does not automatically reduce your ELAYGENT subscription price.
  • Custom phone setups, SIP trunks, or external carrier work may have separate costs. We scope those before launch.
  • If usage approaches or exceeds your monthly pool, we'll warn you in-product and recommend an upgrade or usage adjustment — not a silent overage charge.
